PROJECT MANAGER - BFCG

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in driving day-to-day operations, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of business priorities. This role requires a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the COO in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic and operational initiatives.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items while providing regular status updates.
  
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on key actions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and operational efficiency.
  
• Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, leadership, and project teams.
  
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  
• 4–7 years of project management or operations experience.
  
• Prior experience within theconsulting industry is required.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Comfortable working full-time during EST business hours.
