ERP CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

The ERP Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring ERP systems, and supporting integration and optimization of Salesforce platforms. The role ensures alignment between business processes and technology solutions across finance, operations, supply chain, and service management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support ERP implementation and optimization initiatives.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP solutions.
  
• Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices.
  
• Support integration between ERP systems and Salesforce platforms.
  
• Analyze and improve business processes across finance, operations, and service workflows.
  
• Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  
• Support system testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support roles.
  
• Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  
• Experience integrating ERP systems with Salesforce platforms
  
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, or operations.
  
• Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
