What You'll Do

As a People Development Consultant, you'll follow an established process to:

• Generate and manage interest in our leadership and personal development programs through established digital strategies
  

• Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations
  

• Understand individual goals, priorities, and aspirations
  

• Share relevant program information and guide interested individuals through an established evaluation process
  

• Build meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up
  

• Independently manage your activities while applying your communication and relationship-building strengths
  

• Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development. No local networking or cold calling is required.
  

Important Role Details

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Participants are responsible for applicable business expenses, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

Requirements

We're looking for professionals who are driven, motivated, and ready for a new chapter—individuals who value meaningful relationships, continued growth, and the freedom to shape their careers around their priorities.

• 10+ years of professional experience
  

• Background in leadership, people development, learning and development, HR, coaching, consulting, client relationships, business development, marketing, or a related field
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Genuine interest in people, personal growth, and professional development
  

• Ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand individual goals
  

• Confidence engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds
  

• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your schedule independently
  

• Willingness to learn and follow established systems
  

• A proactive, positive approach to building relationships and achieving results
  

Prior experience in the personal development industry is not required. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
