E-learning Developer

TTRO is an organisation of passionate and talented individuals who design and develop innovative learning solutions that upskill and empower people for now and for the future. We build digital learning for our clients, and we're looking for an experienced eLearning Developer to join our team and create high-quality, engaging courseware in Articulate Storyline, Rise, and managing structured, content in Xyleme.

You'll work alongside instructional and digital designers to turn content and design into polished learning that runs reliably across LMS platforms.

Building on your experience as an eLearning developer, you'll bring strong hands-on authoring skills alongside experience with structured, single-source content management, and a solid understanding of learning technology and LMS standards. Meticulous and methodical, you take pride in getting the detail right.

What you'll do

• Structure, and manage single-source content in Xyleme for multi-channel publishing
  
• Collaborate with design and media teams to keep quality and consistency high
  
• Develop responsive, mobile-first modules in Articulate Rise
  
• Build interactive, custom courses in Articulate Storyline, variables, triggers, assessments, and custom interactions
  
• Collaborate with teams to keep quality and consistency high
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years' hands-on eLearning development experience
  
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise
  
• Experience with structured, single-source content authoring, Xyleme, or a comparable CCMS/LCMS and the drive to develop deep Xyleme expertise with us
  
• Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong eye for learning design and UX
  
• Multi-skilled and keen to keep broadening your toolkit
  
• Available to start immediately
