TTRO is an organisation of passionate and talented individuals who design and develop innovative learning solutions to upskill and empower people for now and for the future. We believe in driving change through next generation learning by combining immersive technologies and learning methodologies to deliver relevant competencies that add value to your organisation and your people

We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Storyline Developer to bring our learning designs to life — building engaging, interactive e-learning in Articulate Storyline and Rise, from approved storyboard through to a polished, LMS-ready course.

You will work closely with our Learning Designers, media and graphics colleagues, QA and Project Managers, translating storyboards and design intent into functional, high-quality learning that works flawlessly across browsers and devices.

Building on your experience as an e-learning developer, you will have strong hands-on expertise in authoring tools and a solid understanding of learning technology and LMS standards. Meticulous and methodical, you take pride in getting the detail right.

Overview:
  • Develop interactive e-learning modules in Articulate Storyline 360 based on provided storyboards.
  • Implement voice-over, animations, quizzes, scenarios, and interactive elements as per learning design specifications.
  • Test functionality, responsiveness, and navigation across browsers and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or inconsistencies during QA and review cycles.
  • Package content in SCORM/xAPI formats and support deployment on LMS platforms like Moodle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Learning Designers and project team to maintain design accuracy and learning effectiveness.

Requirements

Essential:
  • Proven experience developing content in Articulate Storyline 360
  • Proficient with SCORM/xAPI publishing and LMS uploading processes
  • Strong attention to detail for visual alignment, interactions, and transitions
  • Comfortable working with voice-over and syncing timing to animation
  • Ability to follow complex storyboards accurately and offer creative solutions
  • Excellent time management and communication in remote work environments
Preferred:
  • Exposure to other tools (e.g., Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience in the EdTech or training industry
  • Understanding of accessibility design and user testing
  • Familiarity with QA and bug tracking tools

Benefits

  • Fully remote work
  • Work on global projects with diverse teams and clients across various industries and regions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of creatives, technologists, learning designers, and consultants
  • Be part of a truly global digital learning business
