  • Recommend visualization methods, layout, sequencing, and report design based on SAMGI branding and data best practices.

First-Level Review & Quality Control

  • Perform initial analysis and sanity checks on all reports to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Identify trends, outliers, or areas of concern that may require attention or escalation prior to presentation.
  • Conduct reconciliation against source systems or historical reporting where needed.
  • Ensure all reports are consistent with SAMGI definitions, metrics, and accepted methodologies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Clinical Leadership, Finance, Recruitment, and Business Development to understand reporting requirements and evolving data needs.
  • Support program launches, performance reviews, audits, and strategic planning meetings with accurate, timely insights.
  • Assist presenters (Leadership, VP of Operations, Medical Directors, etc.) by preparing slide decks, supporting documents, and talking points.
  • Serve as a resource for internal teams seeking guidance on metrics, data interpretation, and visual design.

Dataflow Understanding & Storytelling

  • Understand the lifecycle of data from intake to reporting, including sources, transformations, and business logic.
  • Make recommendations on how data should flow to improve reliability, automation, and long-term scalability.
  • Apply storytelling principles to ensure reports clearly communicate “the why” behind the data.
