Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We represent finance leaders with the technical expertise, strategic acumen, and leadership experience to step into Controller, VP of Finance, CFO, or senior FP&A roles at growing organizations.

You're a strong fit if you have:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline
  
• Relevant credentials — CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
  
• Leadership experience — managing finance or accounting teams, owning budgets, or serving as a strategic business partner to executive leadership
  
• Cross-functional credibility — experience presenting to boards, supporting M&A, managing banking relationships, or leading ERP implementations
  
• Professional engagement outside the office — our clients consistently prioritize candidates who are active in their field through organizations like AICPA, FEI, AFP, or local CFO roundtable, serve on boards or committees, or participate in leadership development programs
