This work also serves as a nice balance to your more intensive clinical work, saving you from the woes of burnout from doing too much clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to patients via telehealth
  

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record
  

• Participate in care coordination with our PMHNPs and psychiatrist when needed
  

• Follow internal clinical guidelines, documentation standards, and compliance requirements
  

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and telehealth regulations
  

Administrative Support Duties

You will dedicate a portion of your weekly schedule to internal operational tasks, including:

• Conducting new patient intake screenings
  

• Scheduling patients for both your own therapy sessions and for our psychiatric nurse practitioners
  

• Assisting with patient communication and follow-up
  

• Helping identify appropriate provider–patient matches based on clinical needs
  

• Supporting workflow improvements and contributing to a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Prior credentialing with Virginia payors preferred but not required
