What You’ll Do:

• Receive calls from generous donors
  

• Guide donors through the giving process with care
  

• Accurately record donation and donor details
  

• Provide outstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
  

• Reach performance goals that open doors for growth
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
  

• 6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
  

• Clear verbal communication and active listening
  

• Basic Microsoft Office skills
  

• Quiet, professional home workspace
  

Tech Requirements (To Start Work):

• Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
  

• USB noise-canceling headset
  

• Wired internet connection
  

• No Chromebooks or Macs
  

• Dual monitors recommended
