• Time Range: Between 7 AM and 7 PM CST

About the Role

We're hiring a Structural Engineer / Drafter with 8+ years of experience in structural design and advanced Revit modeling. You'll develop detailed structural models, perform material quantification, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Experience with site modeling, point cloud integration, and MPE coordination is highly valued.

Core Responsibilities

Structural Modeling and Documentation

• Develop detailed structural BIM models and construction drawings in accordance with project standards.
  

• Perform material quantification and maintain project accuracy throughout the design process.
  

• Utilize Bluebeam for documentation review and coordination.
  

Coordination and Collaboration

• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and engineering teams across all project phases.
  

• Support site modeling and point cloud integration workflows.
  

Candidate Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 8+ years of experience in structural design and drafting.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure (mandatory).
  

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination workflows.
  

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
  

Good to Haves

• Experience with site modeling and point cloud integration.
  

• Proficiency in Bluebeam.
  

System Requirements

• Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i7 or higher / AMD Ryzen 7 or higher.
  

• NVIDIA RTX 3060 or higher (Ampere or Ada Lovelace architecture).
  

• Minimum 32 GB RAM.
