ShipHero builds the software that runs warehouses. More than 5,000 warehouses in North America and beyond use it to receive, pick, pack, ship, and return over 100 million shipments a year.
We have a lab in Buenos Aires where we prototype new ways for people and technology to interact on the warehouse floor. We're looking for a designer who'll challenge what we have and push it forward.
Who you’ll be designing for
Your users are warehouse workers that are walking, lifting, and holding a mobile scanner in one hand and a box in another. They are measured on speed, so if an extra step or scan in your flow costs time and effort, they'll skip it entirely. And you can’t validate any of this from Figma because you have to watch someone do it at 4pm on a Friday with 800 orders left to ship.
If all this sounds like the most interesting design problem you've heard in a while, keep reading.

Portfolio conversation → Problem-solving conversation → Session with product and engineering → Final conversation.
We don't do unpaid design challenges, since we'd rather talk through real work you've already done.
