UX Developer - Temenos

Location: Remote North America only

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced UX Developer with expertise in the Temenos Kony (Infinity Digital) platform to join our digital banking transformation program. This role will focus on creating modern, intuitive, and responsive customer journeys across retail and commercial banking, with an emphasis on serving small business and commercial client segments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customer-facing UI/UX on the Temenos Kony (Infinity Digital) platform.
• Translate business and product requirements into intuitive digital experiences for small business and commercial banking users.
• Develop responsive designs for mobile and web channels using Kony Visualizer and related tools.
• Build reusable UI components aligned with accessibility, usability, and performance best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on end-user feedback.
• Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, solution architects, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer with hands-on expertise in Temenos Kony / Infinity Digital platform.
• Strong experience with Kony Visualizer, Kony Fabric, and Temenos UX frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Experience in digital banking solutions with a focus on small business and commercial banking is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of UX design principles, mobile-first design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in North America.

Contract Details

• Engagement Type: Incorporated independent contractor
• Duration: 6-12 months, with potential for extension.
• Location: Remote (North America only), with occasional on-site workshops if required. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
• Competitive hourly/daily rate depending on experience.
