As an Associate Data Manager within our eCOA Data Management team in Budapest, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of clinical trial data throughout the study lifecycle. Working alongside experienced Data Managers, Project Teams, and Sponsor stakeholders, you will support data review, reconciliation, documentation, and process improvement activities while gaining valuable experience in clinical data management and eClinical technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
Perform quality control and consistency checks on study data outputs, ensuring accuracy between source data, edit check outputs, and final deliverables.
Investigate data discrepancies and collaborate with Data Managers, scientific teams, and medical staff to facilitate issue resolution and documentation.
Support the creation, maintenance, and review of study documentation, including Data Management Plans (DMPs), Data Transfer Specifications (DTS), and related deliverables.
Coordinate updates to Clinical Data Management task schedules, including edit checks, transfer schedules, reconciliation activities, and final data transfer requirements.
Assist with data management metrics, study tracking activities, and maintenance of accurate study assignment information within applicable systems.
Support the preparation, formatting, and maintenance of data management documents, templates, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client reconciliation feedback, ensuring timely investigation, follow-up, and resolution of data-related requests.
Maintain high-quality documentation and audit-ready records relating to reconciliation activities and study data management processes.
Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams, project leadership, and clients.
Assist in the maintenance, storage, and organization of study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, quality enhancement, and process efficiency.
Support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) activities related to study-specific data management processes.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Research, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research industry preferred.
Foundational understanding of Clinical Data Management principles and the role of data management within clinical trials.
Ability to review, interpret, and understand clinical trial protocols, study documentation, and sponsor requirements.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA, EMA, and other applicable regulatory requirements preferred.
Exposure to eClinical technologies such as eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, RTSM/IRT, or related clinical systems is highly desirable.
Previous experience in clinical research roles such as Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Study Coordinator, Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, Clinical Trial Assistant, or similar positions is preferred.
Familiarity with SAS, SQL, or other data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
Knowledge of CDISC standards, including SDTM, is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional global teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.
