Job Overview:
The Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking an Analyst to act as a critical role in driving our strategic growth initiatives by evaluating, structuring, and executing acquisitions. This role involves supporting cross-functional deal teams, performing advanced financial analyses, presenting recommendations to senior leadership, and supports post-transaction integration to ensure value realization.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
