Baptist Health is opening an innovative Hospital at Home program that allows patients to complete their hospital stay at home. Patients that will be part of this program are provided with remote patient monitoring (RPM), technology kits, and communication devices. A 24-hour command center staffed by nurses monitors patients virtually, and contracted personnel provide in-home care when required. This program represents a transformational initiative in healthcare delivery.

Shift Details: Full-Time, Nights, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM.
Location: Hospital At Home Contact Center located in Downtown, Jacksonville
As an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing, directing, and providing care to patients requiring immediate treatment of any medical, surgical, or other condition, including chronic medical and minor injuries or illnesses.
Education & Credential Requirements:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Workplace Violence Certification - Required
Registered Nurse (RN) - State Nursing Boards Required
Associate of Science in Nursing Required
Experience Requirements:
Post- Surgical Nursing Experience Preferred
Medical Surgical Experience Preferred
