POSITION SNAPSHOT
Location: Head Office in Sofia, Bulgaria
Department: Corporate marketing (Media team)
Pay grade: K
Type of contract:  Temporary - 8 month full-time job
Line manager: SEE Media Cluster Manager
Qualification: Knowledge on media planning and execution are considered a must. Experience with media planning and execution is a strong plus.

 

 

POSITION SNAPSHOT

 

If you are curious, organized, enjoy working with people and data, and want to learn how media campaigns come to life across digital, traditional channels, including influencers/creators, this 8-months full-time role in our Corporate Marketing Media team could be a great next step for you.


Our Corporate Marketing team supports business growth through effective communication, engagement, various media activities and others. As part of the Media stream, you will learn how campaigns are planned, launched, monitored, and improved together with brand teams and media agencies.


If you want to grow your skills in media on the side of an advertiser, media planning, media agency collaboration, data-based learning, you may be a great fit for the Media Assistant role.
The Media Assistant will support in coordination, analyses, reporting across South Eastern Europe, a market comprising of 11 geographies. The role is designed to provide hands-on learning, exposure to different markets, and practical experience in how media campaigns are delivered.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MEDIA ASSISTANT…


•    Support media related tasks, included but not limited to campaign planning and coordination together with brand teams and media agencies
•    Follow campaign progress and support basic reporting on results and learnings 
•    Support in maintaining databases
•    Keep campaign information organized and easy to access
•    Collaborate with colleagues from different teams and markets while learning how media works in practice.

 

 

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? 

 

•    University degree or final-year studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
•    Interest in media, digital platforms, brands, consumer communication
•    Excellent English and confident communication skills
•    Experience in working with Excel, PowerPoint, and data/reporting tasks
•    Organized, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute and learn
•    Previous internship or experience with media campaigns planning, media tools, digital platforms, and/or media agencies is an advantage.
