Position Information

 

 

Position Overview

The Associate Success Manager owns HealthStream onboarding activities for assigned customer workstreams, ensuring process adoption and guiding customers on best practices for configuring pre-deployed credentialing content to optimize efficiency and support customer success with our credentialing solution. 

 

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

  • Owns HealthStream onboarding activities for designated customer workstreams, ensuring successful process adoption in parallel with the launch or ongoing optimization of HealthStream solutions. 
  • Formulates deployment plans and timelines to maximize efficient use of our available best-practice content while ensuring client business needs are all met at the time of go-live.    
  • Analyzes client business processes and formulates expert advice to clients on how to best implement our automation engine and content library to reduce inefficiencies and streamline credentialing and review processes.  
  • Has the authority to negotiate with clients on behalf of clients and on the scope, design, implementation plan, and long-term optimization plan of HealthStream solutions. 
  • Leads client meetings for assigned workstreams to educate customers on best-practice configuration of pre-deployed content. 
  • Evaluates customer implementation needs during sales conversations to ensure alignment with onboarding strategy. 
  • Ensures timely updates to project records in Salesforce to maintain accurate status and progress tracking. 
  • Collaborates with internal teams to resolve customer onboarding issues promptly. 
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment in evaluating client feedback to drive integral changes within our product, automation engine, and content library that allow our solutions to continually better represent and fulfill client needs. 
  • Engages productively in support of all HealthStream initiatives. 
  • You will be responsible for adhering to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
