Job description

Hi, we're TechnologyAdvice.

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, TechnologyAdvice helps millions of B2B technology buyers make smarter decisions by providing trusted research, practical guidance, and connections to the world's leading technology brands. Our work spans 30+ media brands and 50+ newsletters, supported by a global team across the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines.

We're a remote-first company that values curiosity, collaboration, and growth. We invest in our people, embrace AI and new technologies to improve how we work, and create opportunities for team members to build meaningful careers. Many of our leaders have grown from within, including our CEO, who started here as an intern.

We believe great work happens when people feel connected. Through company all-hands, team events, Slack communities, learning sessions, and in-person gatherings, we create intentional opportunities for our global team to collaborate, build relationships, and celebrate successes together.

All positions are open to remote work unless otherwise specified in the requirements below.

The opportunity

Our Client Success team ensures that every client has a seamless, positive, and results-driven experience. Each Client Success Coordinator owns a portfolio of accounts and acts as a trusted partner guiding clients from onboarding through program delivery. You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Operations teams to deliver successful campaigns and create lasting client value.

This role blends client relationship management, campaign execution, and data analysis. You’ll manage multiple programs, analyze performance, turn results into actionable recommendations, and coordinate across teams to help our clients reach their marketing goals.

Location: United States

What you'll do

  • Build strong partnerships with clients by managing day-to-day communication, setting expectations, reviewing performance, sharing insights, and aligning on goals.
  • Manage multiple client portfolios and campaigns, keeping timelines, deliverables, and expectations on track.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize client programs in Salesforce, ensuring campaign details and deliverables are accurate and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Support client onboarding by setting expectations, establishing timelines, and aligning goals across stakeholders.
  • Analyze campaign performance and client feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to clients, translating data into clear and meaningful insights.
  • Take ownership of account health by staying close to client goals and campaign performance, identifying risks early, and partnering with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations to ensure seamless program execution and a positive client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships and surface relevant cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
  • Share ideas that help us improve our products and processes and create a more consistent client experience.

Who you are

  • 0–2 years of experience in client success, account management, marketing, sales, project coordination, or another client-facing role. Internships and relevant early-career experience count.
  • A strong communicator who builds confidence through responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism with clients and teammates.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, and changing priorities while following through on commitments.
  • A proactive problem-solver who asks thoughtful questions, takes initiative, and works to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Experienced in analyzing data, identifying meaningful insights, and presenting findings and recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel with the ability to organize data, build reports, and check work for accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on the quality of campaign setup, reporting, and client deliverables.
  • Curious and eager to learn B2B demand generation, Salesforce, and the tools and processes that support successful client programs.
