The Mission Finding Developer proactively identifies opportunities to improve global missionary finding efforts through technology, data analysis, experimentation, and strategic recommendations. This role partners with product managers, developers, content specialists, advertising teams, and operations stakeholders to uncover insights, test new ideas, and drive measurable improvements in key outcomes such as referrals, contacts, lessons, baptisms, and cost efficiency. The Mission Finding Developer acts as an internal consultant, continually seeking opportunities to optimize processes, ad campaigns, products, and missionary finding strategies through rigorous analysis and evidence-based decision making. This role develops and executes on insights to support the strategic goals of the Missionary Department and Worldwide Finding Team.
