Job Summary
Leads the creation of a long-term strategic roadmap for the architecture of all IT systems.
 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities


• Participates as a top level technical expert in leading multiple consulting projects or a single large/complex project and ensures the success of enterprise-level application roll outs.
• Write senior position papers and leads executive briefing.
• Take leadership role in cross-functional enterprise architecture programs and change efforts.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions by leading the integration.
• Facilitates the establishment and implementation of standards and guidelines that guide the design of technology solutions including architecting and implementing solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
• Has significant experience in system development and has developed a broad and deep expertise in software, hardware, data and technology across multiple platforms.
• Aligns IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Drives the creation and implementation of the long-term strategic roadmap for all IT systems architecture.
• Seamlessly integrates business and service strategies into the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Partners with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions.
• Provides technical leadership across the enterprise on large scale projects and initiatives.
• Understands, advocates, and supports the enterprise's business and IT strategies.
• Analyzes industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterprise.
• Analyzes the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement.
• Drives the implementation of new versions of the enterprise policy, process and guidelines.
• Consults with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints.
• Defines organizational requirements for resources, structural, and cultural changes necessary to support the Enterprise Architecture team..
