Job description

Ciklum is looking for an Agentic AI & Automation Consultant to join our team and work directly with our partner, Trustpilot, in Romania.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.

About the client:

Trustpilot is on an incredible journey to become the universal symbol of trust. As the world's largest independent consumer review platform, they bring consumers and businesses together to foster transparency and improvement. With over 300 million reviews and 64 million monthly active users, the work we do together has a massive global impact, helping millions of people make better choices every day.
You will join a cross-functional "full ownership" team where you have a direct say in the direction of projects and technological choices.

About the role:

As an Agentic AI & Automation Consultant, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. At Trustpilot, we're building a centre of excellence for AI and automation, and as our AI Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how we work. Instead of traditional, rigid RPA workflows, you will design, implement, and scale next-generation Agentic AI solutions that autonomously handle complex business processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the user experience across the organization.

Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a flexible, tech-forward builder who loves solving complex problems, moving fast, and turning cutting-edge tech into scalable reality

  • Architect Agentic Solutions: Lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents and workflow orchestration tools to deliver highly intelligent automation across the business
  • Rapid PoC Innovation: Continuously build, test, and push innovative Proof of Concepts (PoCs) leveraging the latest LLM frameworks to uncover and capture new optimization opportunities
  • Reimagine Business Workflows: Act as a strategic AI partner to internal teams, helping them move away from legacy processes and adopt an automation-first, agentic mindset
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate closely with product, data, procurement, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate intelligent agents into broader digital strategies and tech stacks
  • Establish Modern Standards: Define governance, engineering best practices, and guardrails for responsible, secure AI agent deployment at scale
  • Empower the Organization: Provide hands-on training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing to upskill colleagues and cultivate an internal community of AI champions and citizen builders
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Actively experiment with emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLM orchestrators (like n8n), and hyperautomation, translating theory into actionable enterprise value

Requirements:

  • Modern Automation Expertise: Proven experience in AI engineering, intelligent workflow automation, or building LLM-backed business applications
  • Agentic Frameworks & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with advanced workflow orchestration platforms (ideally n8n) rather than legacy, traditional RPA tools
  • PoC Mindset & Agility: A passionate, builder-first attitude with a track record of rapidly developing, testing, and scaling PoCs with newer, evolving technologies
  • System Integration: Strong understanding of enterprise digital systems (CRM, ERP, SaaS tools) and how to seamlessly connect AI agents via modern APIs
  • Impactful Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to bridge the gap between complex technical AI concepts and business needs
  • Agile Mindset: Experience working in agile delivery environments, with the autonomy to manage automation projects from ideation to final internal adoption

Desirable:

  • Data Science Fundamentals: Familiarity with Python and machine learning techniques for classification, prediction, and optimization
  • Ethical AI & Compliance: Experience navigating data privacy, security, and ethical considerations surrounding enterprise LLM deployment
  • Automation Evaluation & Process Improvement: Experience assessing whether a process should be automated, improved, or redesigned first, then reviewing deployed automations for reliability, token cost, security, failure handling, and measurable business impact

What`s in it for you?

  • Remote Collaboration: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work or join us in our modern offices across Europe
  • Human Connection: We value a great atmosphere and host team face-to-face workshops a few times a year to brainstorm and bond in person
  • Continuous Growth: Benefit from a tailored education path, including internal tech meetups, a Udemy license, and company-paid certifications
  • Comprehensive Care: We offer robust medical insurance, mental health programs, and a genuinely welcoming, open-door culture
  • Global Reach: Your work will build solutions used by a global team, helping promote trust and transparency online for millions of users
