Job description

We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who is excited by the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered content creation. You are curious about generative AI and eager to understand how new technology is changing the way high-quality imagery and video are produced. In this role, you will join The Hub, our AI production team, supporting the delivery of Grip Originals projects across our verticals, with a strong focus on automotive.

You will be working in a fast-moving production environment where AI, creativity and technology come together. You are energetic, proactive and enjoy connecting the dots to keep work moving. You don’t need to know everything yet, but you are eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative and motivated by helping a team deliver great work.

About us

At INDG, we develop technology that powers engaging, hyper realistic digital product experiences. Our mission is to make every product playable by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer generated content. From our offices in Amsterdam, Bucharest and New York, we team up with global market leading brands.

We create high fidelity digital twins of our clients’ products and support these brands at scale, taking care of their full product portfolios year in, year out. Our teams work as long term partners, delivering consistent, high quality content pipelines that keep thousands of products up to date across markets and channels.

As a Junior Project Manager in The Hub, you support the AI production phase of Grip Originals projects across video and imagery. Working closely with senior team members, you help coordinate projects, keep information and assets organised and make sure work moves smoothly through the Hub.

This is a hands on role where you will learn the ins and outs of our projects and production workflows. You are proactive, organised and eager to take ownership, whether that means coordinating tasks, managing uploads or following up on deliverables. As you grow, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop your project management skills.

What will you do?

Project coordination

  • Support the coordination of multiple AI production projects across video and imagery

  • Help maintain schedules, task plans and deliverable overviews

  • Keep project trackers and databases up to date so status, priorities and dependencies are clear

  • Coordinate uploads, assets and project information throughout the production process

Production support

  • Support senior team members with the day to day coordination of projects

  • Coordinate internal and external project resources to help keep deliverables on track

  • Help manage feedback, versions and approvals

  • Maintain asset lists and delivery checklists, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Client and stakeholder communication

  • Keep project stakeholders up to date on current project status

  • Join internal reviews, project meetings and client calls, capturing decisions and follow ups

  • Communicate proactively when information, feedback or decisions are needed

  • Keep an open eye for opportunities and risks, think ahead and help identify solutions

Project admin

  • Support the tracking of hours and project progress

  • Keep key project documents organised, accessible and up to date

  • Support general project administration and follow up on agreed actions

Team and process

  • Work closely with senior project managers and production teams, learning from their experience and supporting them where needed

  • Help connect the dots across The Hub by making sure information, assets and actions reach the right people

  • Contribute to improving workflows, tooling and ways of working
