Weβre looking for a Junior Project Manager who is excited by the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered content creation. You are curious about generative AI and eager to understand how new technology is changing the way high-quality imagery and video are produced. In this role, you will join The Hub, our AI production team, supporting the delivery of Grip Originals projects across our verticals, with a strong focus on automotive.
You will be working in a fast-moving production environment where AI, creativity and technology come together. You are energetic, proactive and enjoy connecting the dots to keep work moving. You donβt need to know everything yet, but you are eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative and motivated by helping a team deliver great work.

As a Junior Project Manager in The Hub, you support the AI production phase of Grip Originals projects across video and imagery. Working closely with senior team members, you help coordinate projects, keep information and assets organised and make sure work moves smoothly through the Hub.
This is a hands on role where you will learn the ins and outs of our projects and production workflows. You are proactive, organised and eager to take ownership, whether that means coordinating tasks, managing uploads or following up on deliverables. As you grow, you will gradually take on more responsibility and develop your project management skills.
Support the coordination of multiple AI production projects across video and imagery
Help maintain schedules, task plans and deliverable overviews
Keep project trackers and databases up to date so status, priorities and dependencies are clear
Coordinate uploads, assets and project information throughout the production process
Support senior team members with the day to day coordination of projects
Coordinate internal and external project resources to help keep deliverables on track
Help manage feedback, versions and approvals
Maintain asset lists and delivery checklists, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Keep project stakeholders up to date on current project status
Join internal reviews, project meetings and client calls, capturing decisions and follow ups
Communicate proactively when information, feedback or decisions are needed
Keep an open eye for opportunities and risks, think ahead and help identify solutions
Support the tracking of hours and project progress
Keep key project documents organised, accessible and up to date
Support general project administration and follow up on agreed actions
Work closely with senior project managers and production teams, learning from their experience and supporting them where needed
Help connect the dots across The Hub by making sure information, assets and actions reach the right people
