About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Health Product Manager to lead the digital experience for Medicare Advantage members within a healthcare organization's member-facing platform. This role will focus on improving member engagement, benefits utilization, care navigation, and overall digital health experiences for an aging population.
The ideal candidate will have strong product management experience, healthcare or Medicare expertise, and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across business, clinical, compliance, marketing, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision for Medicare Advantage digital experiences.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with business objectives and member needs.
- Prioritize features that improve member engagement, care coordination, and benefits utilization.
- Balance customer needs, stakeholder priorities, and technical feasibility.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary product contact for Medicare Advantage stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with operations, compliance, clinical, marketing, and technology teams.
- Facilitate discussions, manage expectations, and drive alignment across multiple groups.
- Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Product Delivery & Execution
- Partner with engineering, UX/design, analytics, and IT teams to deliver product enhancements.
- Drive Agile product development processes and iterative releases.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Define KPIs and measure product success.
Customer Experience Optimization
- Analyze member journey data and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize user experiences.
- Address challenges impacting Medicare Advantage members, including digital literacy and benefits navigation.
- Stay informed on Medicare regulations, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience building and managing consumer-facing digital products.
- Healthcare, Medicare Advantage, Health Plan, or Managed Care experience preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Experience with analytics tools such as:
- Amplitude
- Google Analytics
- Adobe Analytics
- Mixpanel
- Experience conducting A/B testing and product optimization.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medicare Advantage product experience.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience with patient/member portals, digital health platforms, or healthcare consumer applications.
- Background supporting senior or aging populations through digital products.
