Specialist, Sales Trainer - Bilingual

Job Description

The Sales Trainer facilitates and delivers targeted, focused training to teach and strengthen client-specific knowledge and skills, including sales processes and systems. The Sales Trainer collaborates with internal and/or external stakeholders to deliver responsive programs and content designed to support the needs of the business, promoting efficiency, and increasing productivity.

Duties

  • Provide employees with skills-based, client coaching to support achievement of specific weekly/monthly/quarterly operating plan targets, sales targets, assigned performance targets, and high customer satisfaction
  • Partner with team members to develop a training program designed to enhance client sales knowledge associated with any of our sales motions
  • Analyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territories
  • Oversee and validate the delivery and quality of provided training
  • Track the effectiveness of training interventions through multiple assessment tools
  • Work with all team members to improve sales systems to achieve a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a high level of communication with your team to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developed
  • Maintain high level of knowledge about our clients, customer interaction, and evolving business environment for relevant training content delivery
  • Help create a culture of learning where individuals manage their own development, competence, and performance

Candidate profile

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service, training or sales capacity
  • Expertise in training within your peer group
  • Experience in high-volume calling
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Technical skills in MS Office
  • Experience prioritizing concurrent projects and demonstrating project management skills
  • Experience demonstrating multiple strategies, platforms, and skills to varied audience
  • Willingness to work from home

Internal Career Path Policies

  • The game-changers must have the approval of his or her immediate supervisor to apply for the call.
  • Required tenure: 6 months.
  • Required performance: KPIs or goals on target for the business unit to which they belong in the last 3-month period (not average).
  • Must not have active disciplinary actions.
  • The game-changer may participate in only one process at a time.
  • Comply with the learning paths of the Corporate University.
  • Must remain at least 6 months in the position to which he/she was recently promoted, to be able to apply for another call.
  • If you were evaluated by the PC psychologist for a vacancy and you were not selected, you must wait at least 2 months to reapply for that same position from which you did not pass
  • The process is performed and/or outside working hours, which means that the game-changer should be available in his free time in case we require it.
  • Any other guidelines that may arise in the Career Path process due to the legislation of each location or client's guidelines will be recorded within the current procedure and platform.
