  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
  • Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and career development plans.

Enterprise Data Strategy & AI Enablement

  • Participate in enterprise data governance, quality, lifecycle, and metadata management practices on behalf of BD.
  • Build trusted, reusable data products and knowledge assets that support analytics, automation, and AI.
  • Develop AI-ready data architecture, governance, and enterprise use cases on behalf of BD.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and operationalize advanced solutions.

Analytics & Business Transformation

  • Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and advanced analytics that enable executive decision-making.
  • Expand self-service analytics, improve data accessibility, and evolve reporting toward predictive insights.
  • Champion automation and process modernization to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on enterprise data, analytics, and AI initiatives on behalf of BD.
  • Build strong partnerships across Business Development, Digital Transformation, IT, Finance, and Corporate Functions to drive adoption of data-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS degree, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
  • 2+ years leading high-performing technical and analytical teams.
