Live the Dash Travel is seeking a Remote Travel Client Experience Representative to support clients throughout their travel journey—from initial planning and booking to post-trip follow-up. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, customer service, and delivering exceptional client experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist clients with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests

  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies

  • Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and overall satisfaction

  • Resolve client concerns using empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and booking records using internal systems
