At Syncron, we're building the future of aftermarket by helping the world's leading manufacturers deliver exceptional service experiences. As our Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization behind that mission.

About the role

Partnering with the global Sales and Customer-Facing organization, you will help leaders build high-performing, engaged teams that deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers. You'll bring strategic perspective while maintaining a hands-on approach, translating business priorities into practical people solutions that enable growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, enjoys simplifying complexity, embraces accountability, and believes that great people practices create lasting business impact.

What would you do?

  • Partner with leaders through out the organisation to shape people strategies that accelerate business growth and customer success.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate organizational change, talent decisions, and business transformation.

  • Build organizational capability through thoughtful workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design.

  • Coach leaders to create high-performing, inclusive teams where people can grow, contribute, and do their best work.

  • Lead key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and compensation planning.

Who you are? / What we expect:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering with senior leaders in commercial or customer-facing organizations.

  • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, or other revenue-generating functions within a global business.

  • Experience at Syncron is highly valued. For external candidates, experience within a high-growth SaaS company is strongly preferred; enterprise software or technology industry experience will also be considered.

  • Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of subscription and customer-centric business models.

  • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse teams and cultures.

The icing on the cake:

  • Knowledge of U.S. and LATAM employment law; international HR experience is a plus.
