Northrop Grumman is seeking a Organizational Development Representative (Level 3 or 4). This position is part of the enterprise Organizational Development team.

This position will be virtual remote and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States. Teleworking arrangements are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support to the Enterprise Career Development team

  • Support change management initiatives that support our critical skill career framework to demonstrate our commitment to critical skill development and carer pathing

  • Develop employee/manager resources that support new career navigation activities, development plans, and skill assessment to ensure integration with new HR technologies tools is seamless and effective

  • Provide ongoing HR subject matter expertise to key stakeholders in the sectors for the development of new skill‑based career resources in both the OE organization and Technical Development teams

  • Conduct benchmarking and research to support executive leadership recommendations on building a skills-based organization that enhanced internal mobility and employee development

  • In partnership with the Senior Manager, support creating executive ready presentations, communications and change management materials

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Development and/or HR Business Partner experience or related disciplines or Master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Development and/or HR Business Partner experience or related disciplines

  • The candidate must have experience in leading projects, influencing/managing organizational change, and facilitating talent management processes including succession planning and development strategies

  • Must have strong relationship building skills; proven track record of building collaborative partnerships as the basis for being able to influence direction and drive change

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Development and/or HR Business Partner experience or related disciplines or Master’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Development and/or HR Business Partner experience or related disciplines

  • The candidate must have experience in leading projects, influencing/managing organizational change, and facilitating talent management processes including succession planning and development strategies 

  • Must have strong relationship building skills; proven track record of building collaborative partnerships as the basis for being able to influence direction and drive change

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or Human Resource Development

  • Experience with Workday succession planning functionality or other talent management systems or software

Primary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
