Job description

Join our EMEA Compensation team and gain hands-on experience in compensation analytics, reporting, pay transparency, compliance, salary surveys, and job evaluations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and a desire to build a career in Compensation and Rewards.

This is a fully remote role within Poland, with optional access to our Warsaw office for those who prefer a hybrid environment.
 

What You'll Do

  • Support compensation reporting and analytics across EMEA
  • Assist with pay transparency and compliance initiatives
  • Participate in salary surveys and market pricing activities
  • Support job evaluations and compensation review cycles
  • Help maintain accurate compensation data and reporting
     

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Interest in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, or People Data
  • 1-3 years of relevant Compensation or HR experience
