What You’ll Do:

The Operations Specialist role covers several critical business functions supporting both the operations and appraisal teams. The Operations Specialists handle all trust and Power of Attorney reviews for the Closing Department. They oversee the draw management and reimbursements on renovation and construction transaction. They authorize the release of escrow holdbacks and work with Accounts Payable on invoices. The Operations Specialists handle reporting for the credit department. They also support underwriting functions such as maintaining exclusionary lists and serving as a backup to other credit related functions.

  • Construction Draw Management and Approval/Release of Escrow Funds

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience appraisal operations.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Compensation:

The estimated hourly range for this role is $20.19 - $26.44, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
