Location Details: Remote, India

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Be a part of something exceptional! GoDaddy's Site Merchandising Manager will research and identify customer difficulties on the GoDaddy.com website. They will lead tests from concept through publishing, reporting, and iteration.

This position demands knowledge of GoDaddy’s Products and the capability to interpret data to develop hypotheses and make choices that expand the business. A creative approach to showcasing products online, skill in applying AI to enhance processes, and self-drive to elevate user experience are essential for success!

What you'll get to do...

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Pricing, UX, Marketing Operations, Product, and Engineering to improve purchase paths for Hosting and Security products, drive experimentation initiatives, and recommend new capabilities that increase customer engagement, conversion, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage market research, customer insights, user testing, competitor analysis, FullStory, Google Analytics, and other data sources to find opportunities, develop high-value hypotheses, and build a robust testing pipeline passionate about improving conversion and revenue per visitor.
  • Build, complete, and optimize iterative experiments across product pages and landing pages, including copy, visuals, offers, merchandising, and page presentation, while using AI and CMS tools to streamline testing, content updates, and UX recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, brand positioning, and product value propositions, proactively collaborating with channel, marketing, and business partners to influence site strategy and experience decisions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on test and project performance, converting data into useful advice that boosts conversion, customer engagement, and overall business achievements.
  • Communicate insights, findings, project outcomes, and business impact clearly to collaborators, managers, leadership, and partner teams to drive alignment and inform future optimization strategies.

Your experience should include...

  • Extensive experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and website optimization. Skilled at applying scientific methods, studying user behavior, and interpreting user intent. Consistently improve eCommerce and purchase-path experiences via iterative testing and adjustments.
  • Proven ability to identify, size, prioritize, and complete high-impact hypotheses and projects, using customer insights, analytics, and projected business impact to uncover opportunities, scope solutions, and improve results.
  • Direct experience with analytics, experimentation, and optimization tools, including QuickSight, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, AI-enhanced efficiency tools, and customer research methodologies to analyze performance, forecast revenue impact, and streamline testing and content workflows.
  • Experience using CMS platforms to publish, manage, and optimize web content, with the ability to independently run tests and apply improvements that boost conversion and customer experience.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required. Experience working in agile environments is essential. You should manage multiple concurrent initiatives and customer cohorts. Deliver outcomes with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related experience.
