About this team and role:

Mozilla Marketing Team is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our team. This person will be responsible for leading the visual execution of creative assets for projects across film, advertising, and digital media. The Production Designer is responsible for ensuring visual consistency from concept through completion. This role collaborates closely with creative directors, producers, creative teams, and marketing partners to bring stories and ideas to life through design.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and execute high-volume visual assets, including digital ads, social media content, and campaign visuals
  • Oversee the rapid production of assets, ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards are met for mass distribution
  • Create and maintain a library of design templates, style guides, and visual components for efficient, large-scale asset creation
  • Manage production timelines and resources to deliver a continuous flow of assets on schedule
  • Source and manage stock photography, graphic elements, and other visual resources within budget
  • Supervise the final preparation and delivery of assets across multiple platforms and formats
  • Ensure visual and brand continuity across all high-volume advertising touchpoints
  • Stay current with platform-specific design best practices and emerging advertising technologies

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and technical skills
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, figma)
  • Experience with AI image and asset generation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of brand design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and craft
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and extensive experience with high-volume media delivery.

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Experience in film, television, or advertising industries
  • Motion design experience
  • Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail
