About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Media Buyer with at least 2-3 years hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Additional experience managing TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, and YouTube is highly desirable.

This is a tactical execution role focused on day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and experimentation, with close collaboration alongside media strategists, creative teams, ticketing, and operations. In addition, this role provides some weekend operational support, monitoring live shows for schedule changes.

The ideal candidate combines strong executional discipline with curiosity, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-moving, live-event environment.

Key Responsibilities

Media Buying

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta.
  • Ensure campaigns reach target audiences efficiently while maintaining strong cost-per-sale and ROAS
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, bids, and pacing as needed
  • Experiment with new creatives, formats, audiences, and platforms to improve acquisition efficiency
  • Align campaign scheduling with ticket availability and live event inventory
  • Analyze results and share insights with strategists and creative teams
  • Maintain accurate campaign structures, budgets, and documentation

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms (Meta required)
  • Outstanding critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with a passion for data and experimentation
  • Highly computer literate and comfortable working in analytics dashboards
  • Strong interest in social media, creative trends, and digital advertising innovation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive strong campaign performance, manage budgets efficiently, and support smooth weekend operations. You’ll know you’re thriving when:

1. Campaign Performance & Efficiency

Goal: Drive profitable ticket sales through paid media execution.

  • Meet or exceed agreed ROAS and cost-per-sale targets
  • Maintain stable performance during live show periods
  • Implement optimizations within 24–48 hours when performance declines

2. Execution Accuracy & Quality

Goal: Ensure campaigns are built and managed correctly.

  • Minimal errors in budgets, targeting, creatives, and tracking
  • Campaign structures remain clean, organized, and documented
  • Issues identified and corrected proactively

3. Experimentation & Learning

Goal: Improve performance through consistent testing.

  • Regular testing of creatives, audiences, formats, or platforms
  • Clear documentation of tests, outcomes, and learnings
  • Application of insights to future campaigns

4. Weekend Operations & Responsiveness

Goal: Protect customer experience and revenue during live events.

  • Show cancellations or postponements actioned promptly
  • Zero preventable ad spend on cancelled shows
  • Customer communications sent accurately and on time

5. Collaboration & Communication

Goal: Support smooth cross-functional operations.

  • Clear, timely updates to marketing, ticketing, and operations teams
  • Responsive communication during live event periods
  • Reliable handovers during shift changes or PTO

6. Ownership & Reliability

Goal: Be a dependable operator in a live-event environment.

  • Deadlines consistently met
  • High-quality execution under pressure
  • Early escalation of risks or issues
