Job Summary:**

As an experienced Workday professional you will lead the optimization and transformation of global core Workday business processes, driving efficiency, innovation, and enhanced user experience through the application of agile methodologies and robust analytical insights.

You will be a point of leadership across multiple Workday SKU / Modules (Core HCM, Comp, Talent, Recruit, Absence, Time) and be responsible for driving large projects from requirements gathering, through deployment and into standard service. You will support the development of the team and be a highly visible representative for PC&C Solutions.

As part of the Workforce Management Leadership Team you will have the opportunity to innovate and collaborate with like-minded colleagues across the Workday platform and our associated integrations.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Lead and line-manage the Workday Process team ensuring great design and high quality deliverables across the group
* Develop and implement core process engineering strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging design thinking and agility core practices.
* Utilize data analysis techniques to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Oversee configuration management and ensure the integrity and consistency of process documentation and systems.
* Drive product ownership for key process improvements, ensuring alignment with user needs and business value.
* Manage projects and programs related to process transformation, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
* Conduct market scanning to identify industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to process optimization.
* Champion and lead organizational transformation initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and translate them into actionable process solutions.
* Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols for new and modified processes.
* Contribute to talent strategy by mentoring and developing team members in process engineering principles and agile methodologies.
* Develop and deliver clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization regarding process changes and benefits.
* Apply User Experience Design principles to ensure processes are intuitive and user-friendly.
* Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities for process-driven value creation.

Job Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of Workday experience in core process engineering and leading transformation initiatives.

* Multi- domain experience with in Workday covering: Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time, Talent and Recruitment

* Experience working in both consulting/corporate environments

* Significant experience in corporate-wide implementation of global systems and processes
* Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
* Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.

Experience in leading team to successful outcomes and innovating product in BAU
* Proven track record in project and programme management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
* Experience in business development or identifying value-creation opportunities.
