Job Description Summary

Under intermittent supervision and with a high level of autonomy, serves as a leader within Global Shared Services supporting the Information Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) program through the advancement of strategic service delivery, workforce enablement, operational excellence, and enterprise compliance initiatives. This role partners closely with Global Shared Services leadership, the Privacy Product Support Senior Manager, compliance stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners across the United States, Canada, and Europe to enhance organizational capabilities, drive cross-functional collaboration, and support the successful execution of key ICRM priorities.

A primary focus of the role is helping define, mature, and scale ICRM's Coordinated Services model through cross-training, knowledge-sharing, resource optimization, and service delivery practices that strengthen organizational effectiveness, workforce agility, and long-term operational sustainability. In addition, this role supports the continued evolution of the Privacy360 initiative by partnering with stakeholders to enhance OneTrust-enabled compliance programs, drive adoption of strategic capabilities, and ensure solutions effectively support regulatory, business, and operational objectives.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Privacy360 Program Leadership: Support the ongoing maturity, effectiveness, and scalability of the Privacy360 initiative by partnering with stakeholders to align program capabilities with business and regulatory objectives.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Global Shared Services leadership and the Privacy Product Support Senior Manager, along with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, address challenges, and drive consistent execution of program priorities. Including leading and supporting efforts to optimize and enhance OneTrust-supported programs, ensuring solutions effectively support compliance, privacy, governance, and operational needs across regions.

  • Coordinated Services Leadership: Serve as a key leader supporting the Coordinated Services initiative, helping define, expand, and mature service delivery capabilities across ICRM.

  • Regional Coordination: Promote alignment and consistency across the United States, Canada, and Europe through standardized approaches, stakeholder engagement, and operational best practices.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of compliance and operational initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and organizational outcomes.

  • Workforce Enablement: Partner with leadership to develop and advance cross-training, knowledge-sharing, and workforce readiness strategies that improve organizational agility and resiliency. Build and maintain strong partnerships across compliance, legal, technology, operations, and business functions to support successful program delivery.

  • May coach, train, and mentor Compliance associates.

  • Balances conflicting resource and priority demands.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Advanced knowledge of:

  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

    • Concepts, practices, and procedures of securities industry and/or banking compliance.

    • Data privacy, information governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX).

    • Compliance operating models, governance processes, and regulatory expectations.

  • Program & Operational Leadership

    • Designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance and operational programs.

    • Developing scalable processes, service models, and organizational capabilities.

    • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and stakeholder experience.

  • Platform & Solution Enablement

    • OneTrust and related governance, risk, privacy, or compliance solutions.

    • Translating business and regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable solutions.

    • Supporting enterprise-wide adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Building partnerships and influencing outcomes across organizational levels.

    • Facilitating collaboration amongst compliance, business, technology, and operational stakeholders.

    • Communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. /B.S.)  and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Compliance and/or the financial services industry preferred.
