Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a professional Captain and Mate/Chef/Stew team to take over this beautiful Oyster 725 this winter.

Starting October 2026, this is a dream job for the right couple team. Busy cruising with owners and guests in a dual season program with a good compensation package and generous annual leave.

This busy program requires a team with solid sailing and hospitality experience and work well within a team/family environment where respect and diplomacy are crucial attributes.

The Captain will have a minimum of 2 charter seasons of experience on sailing yachts and be totally confident running and maintaining the systems of an 70ft+ sailing yacht.

The Chef needs to have at least 2 seasons (or similar) high quality cooking experience and a presentable portfolio as these owners and guests love mealtimes on board.





Requirements

Captain:
Yachtmaster Offshore minimum
AEC 1 & 2 useful or strong engineering skills

Mate/Chef:
Strong cooking skills/experience - (eg. Hi end restaurants, Yacht Chef, Ski Chalet)
Level 2 Hygiene 
STCW
