What You'll Do

As a Remote Leadership Development Representative, you'll work directly with clients while developing the communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills needed for long-term career advancement.

Client Support Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments

• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options

• Explain products, services, and policy information

• Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and benefit updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support

• Build strong, long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Leadership Development

• Participate in ongoing leadership training and mentorship

• Learn from experienced managers and executive mentors

• Develop coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture

• Utilize virtual tools and technology to maximize productivity
