Ace IT Careers is currently reviewing candidates for Software QA Analyst and Software Tester opportunities available through our recruiting and employer network.

What QA Professionals Do

QA professionals help organizations ensure that websites, applications, APIs, and business systems work correctly before they reach customers.

Typical responsibilities can include:

The program can include approximately 7–8 weeks of instructor-led preparation covering:

Manual QA • Agile • Jira • Selenium • Java • API Testing • SQL • Jenkins • Git/GitHub • Playwright/Cypress • AI-enabled QA practices

Career support may also include technical evaluations, mock interviews, resume preparation, profile positioning, employer submissions, and interview assistance.

Training enrollment is separate from employment consideration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred, depending on employer requirements.
  • Basic computer and technology proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and identify potential issues.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn Manual Testing, Automation, API Testing, SQL, and modern QA tools.
  • Ability to attend technical evaluations and mock interviews as part of the readiness process.
  • Applicants who are not yet technically job-ready may have the option to join a structured paid QA Training & Placement Support Program.
  • Training participation is separate from employment consideration, and already-qualified applicants may proceed directly through the recruitment process.
