As we expand, our Technology team is growing rapidly, driving innovation in AI for Workers Compensation. We're transforming the industry with cutting-edge solutions that enhance claims management, improve outcomes, and streamline processes.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale technology transformation program comprising multiple interconnected workstreams.

You will be responsible for maintaining delivery structure, governance and accountability across technical teams while ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.

The role requires a strong leader who can successfully manage complex dependencies, diverse stakeholders and fast-paced delivery environments.
 

This is a full time, 12-month fixed term contract position based in our Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology programs, ensuring successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, delivery roadmaps, resource strategies and milestone schedules.
  • Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, budgets and change control to ensure delivery remains on track.
  • Oversee the delivery of technical workstreams including platforms, applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, data migration, security and testing.
  • Establish and maintain robust program governance, ensuring effective reporting, compliance and delivery assurance.
  • Champion Agile delivery practices, leveraging Jira, Scrum and Kanban frameworks to drive transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors and technical delivery teams to align priorities and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Provide clear, concise and insightful program reporting, presenting progress, risks, financials and key decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative delivery culture focused on accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale technology programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program planning, governance, risk management and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience leading delivery across cross-functional technical teams within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile methodologies and contemporary delivery practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira for program planning, governance, reporting and portfolio visibility.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
