Technology Solutions Manager – IT Solutions & Delivery 

The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Technology Solutions Manager – IT Solutions & Delivery to support the definition, planning, and delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives. 

This role will serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders, Technology teams, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. 

Strong combination of business analysis, technology consulting, stakeholder management, and delivery experience, with the ability to understand business challenges, define solution approaches, and support successful technology initiatives across global teams. 

To Qualify for the Role 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

• 7+ years of experience in IT, Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, Product Management, Solution Delivery, or related roles. 

• Experience supporting technology initiatives from requirements definition through delivery. 

• Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, scope management, and cost estimation. 

• Understanding of cloud technologies, data platforms, and modern technology solutions. 

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies is preferred. 

• Experience working in professional services or consulting environments is a plus. 

Your Key Responsibilities 

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define technology solutions. 

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and technical teams to evaluate solution options and recommend effective approaches. 

• Support end-to-end solution planning, including scope definition, effort estimation, cost analysis, and delivery strategy. 

• Manage and support technology demand activities, including intake, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives. 

• Facilitate workshops, process analysis sessions, and requirements discussions with cross-functional teams. 

• Create and maintain business documentation, process flows, solution requirements, and related deliverables. 

• Provide insights and recommendations during portfolio, product, and strategic technology discussions. 

• Coordinate with Resource Management teams to ensure appropriate capabilities and availability for delivery plans. 

• Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing dependencies, and helping resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology optimization. 

• Ensure alignment with technology standards, governance processes, methodologies, and service expectations.

• Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Product Managers, and technical subject matter experts.
