Job description

IMA Clinical Research is seeking an experienced Training Manager or Senior Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives across our Clinical Research division. This role partners with Operations, Quality, and site leadership to strengthen employee performance, compliance, and operational excellence.

This position requires approximately 50% travel, up to two weeks per month, based on business and training needs.

Compensation:
$85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training for Clinical Research teams
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Partner with Quality and Operations to address performance trends and training gaps
  • Develop and update SOPs, training materials, and learning resources
  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs and quality metrics
  • Support LMS administration and training compliance
  • Deliver onsite and virtual training across Clinical Research locations

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Clinical Research, Learning & Development, or related field
  • 3+ years of clinical research, clinical operations, training, or L&D experience
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and clinical research best practices
  • Experience developing training programs, SOPs, or operational processes
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% (up to two weeks per month)
  • Prior CRC, Clinical Research Manager, Site Director, or similar experience is a plus
