Junior FX Dealer

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. Currently looking to hire a Junior FX Dealer. 


Position: Junior FX Dealer

Location: APAC countries or Lebanon

Work model: Remote

Employment type: Services Agreement / B2B Agreement  


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor client trading activity and assess risk exposure across FX, metals, indices, and CFDs

• Assist in managing MT5 and cTrader trading environments

• Monitor liquidity providers, pricing feeds, and execution quality

• Investigate and resolve trade-related issues and client queries

• Generate daily dealing and risk reports for senior team review

• Support account setup, symbol configuration, and trading platform administration

• Escalate unusual trading behaviour or operational risks to senior dealers

• Assist in maintaining stable trading system operations and infrastructure.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–2 years’ experience in dealing, trading operations, or brokerage environment

• Good command in English (B2 and higher)

• Experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Manager/Admin

• Previous experience / knowledge of cTrader & Centroid will be considered as an advantage

• Previous experience from FX brokers in dealing / risk / trading desk

• Understanding of FX, metals, indices, and CFD markets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/5 trading environment

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Experience in fast-growing brokerage environments

• Knowledge of CRM systems and brokerage back-office operations

• Familiarity with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow optimisation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
