Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and product selection.
- Provide exceptional customer service through virtual interactions via kiosk technology.
- Process sales transactions and customer orders using CSD.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate estimated arrival times for materials.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate order and billing information.
- Collaborate with store and yard teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver a seamless buying experience.
- Support customers in both English and Spanish to meet their building material needs
Qualifications:
Bilingual Virtual Counter Agent - Counter Sales
We require:
- Well spoken, Bilingual skills a must (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms.
- Familiarity of building supplies.
- Experience in sales of building materials and millwork preferred.
- Experience with CSD and CRM is a plus.
- Strong mathematical, language, computer and email skills.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.
