Oracle CCS Market Transaction Framework Functional Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCS/CC&B) solutions, focusing heavily on Market Transaction Framework (MTF) processes.
• Define and optimize business rules, market transaction configurations, and customer switching flows to align with strict regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary functional bridge between business stakeholders, development/integration workstreams, and downstream validation teams.
• Provide strategic functional support across data conversion workstreams,
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ultimate deployment readiness phases.

Qualifications:

• Proven functional design and consulting experience implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B / CCS) systems.
• Robust expertise utilizing the Market Transaction Framework (MTF), with a deep understanding of market transactions and customer switching logic.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) or associated utility field services solutions (OFS, C2M).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
• Must be available to collaborate during Eastern Standard Time (EST) core business hours.
