Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a Test Project Leader for one of its clients, a European agency operating large-scale digital services.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and manage overall testing strategies for large-scale projects.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise functional and non-functional testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality management processes and testing standards.
• Manage testing schedules, resources and reporting.
• Validate testing deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in quality assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing practices.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience leading large testing programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles.
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Technical Skills

• Test strategy and governance
• Test management tools (qTest, Xray, Jira)
• Agile testing methodologies
• Functional and non-functional testing
• Quality assurance frameworks
• CI/CD testing practices
• Automation testing concepts
