Job description

We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
  • Supporting the VP of Strategy and CEO in strategic initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, and market expansion.

  • Helps preparing high-quality analysis, models, and presentation materials to support executive decision-making.

  • Demonstrate curiosity, analytical rigour and strong execution across multiple strategic projects.

  • Learn quickly and take increasing ownership throughout the internship.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

  • Support fundraising and investor materials.

  • Perform financial analysis and develop business cases.

  • Help prepare executive presentations, strategy memos, and Board materials.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

  • Support international expansion and strategic initiatives.

Required Experience
  • Final-year Bachelor's student, Master's student, or recent graduate in Strategy, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or another analytical discipline.

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (or willingness to learn quickly).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Previous internship, consulting project, or university strategy project is a plus.

  • Interest in strategy, M&A, fundraising, consulting, or/and technology.
