Du entwickelst und optimierst unser unternehmensweites Delivery- und Projekt-Operating-Model für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung unserer Beratungsprojekte, definierst Standards und Governance-Strukturen und treibst die Integration moderner KI-Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Standardisierung von Projekt- und Beratungsprozessen voran. 

Deine Aufgaben 

  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung eines unternehmensweiten S/4HANA Delivery- und Projektvorgehensmodells für unser Beratungsgeschäft 

  • Steuerung globaler Standardisierungsinitiativen sowie Einführung von Governance-, Qualitäts- und Quality-Gate-Konzepten 

  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Templates, Methoden, Projekt-Accelerators sowie eines zentralen Wissensmanagements mit Best Practices und Lessons Learned 

  • Definition und Etablierung von Reporting-, Risiko- und Eskalationsprozessen zur nachhaltigen Steuerung des Projektportfolios 

  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Implementierung KI-gestützter Lösungen zur Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Projekt- und Beratungsprozessen 

  • Durchführung von Projekt-Health-Checks und Qualitätsreviews sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Delivery Excellence
