Field Engineer

As a Field Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced leaders in Regulatory & Facilities, supporting healthcare clients through field-based assessments, mock surveys, project coordination, and operational readiness initiatives.

About the Role
The Field Engineer is an entry-level role supporting the Regulatory & Facilities team. This position provides hands-on exposure to healthcare facility operations, compliance readiness, and infrastructure assessments.
The Field Engineer will assist with mock regulatory surveys, facility condition assessments (FCAs), asset inventory and data collection, life safety and physical environment observations, and documentation reviews.
This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in healthcare facilities management, regulatory readiness, or healthcare infrastructure consulting.

Work Location
Will vary – Hybrid Role with expectations to work on client sites and remotely. This structure provides flexibility while offering immersive, in-person learning and collaboration opportunities critical to your professional growth.
Travel
Up to 75% local and regional travel to healthcare client sites. Frequent overnight travel may be required.

Compensation: 55,000-65,000
