  • Ensure websites balance usability, accessibility, and conversion optimization.

Website Development

  • Build and customize websites using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, or similar CMS platforms.

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headings, alt text, and image optimization.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.
  • Conduct website audits using Google Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or PageSpeed Insights.

Testing & Maintenance

  • Test websites across browsers and devices.
  • Troubleshoot formatting issues, plugin conflicts, and responsiveness problems.
  • Maintain secure, stable, and up-to-date websites.
  • Organize website assets and design systems for long-term scalability.

Collaboration

What Happens After You Apply

Right after you apply, you’ll receive an email invitation from Spark Hire to record your Intro Video. This short, self-recorded video is the final step that completes your application.

Instead of repeating yourself through multiple screening calls, you’ll introduce yourself once, and your video will be shared with the hiring team. This helps hiring managers evaluate your communication style early, making future interviews more meaningful while reducing unnecessary interview rounds.

You can record your video as many times as you’d like before submitting. Only your final submission will be reviewed. Please keep an eye on both your inbox and spam folder for your Spark Hire invitation.

Apply once. Then go straight to the hiring manager.

After you apply, unlock the direct contact details of the people who actually make the call. A quick follow-up makes you 5x more likely to land an interview.
