Overview:

LMI is seeking a Program Management Analyst to join our team supporting the DHS Science and Technology Directorate. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting programs, particularly contract and financial management. This is a remote position, but candidates should be able to travel to the Frederick, Maryland area as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Support a fast-paced program office, including a wide variety of program management activities such as contract actions and financial management
  • Prepare and process purchase request and financial transaction documentation
  • Process verification and validation of purchase and financial transactions
  • Support verification of monthly invoice information in accordance with contract terms/conditions/etc.
  • Coordinate and lead program meetings and events with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop tracking mechanisms that support federal oversight of complex contracts and related budget and financial data
  • Develop strong working relationships with interagency partners, including the Army Garrison
  • Lead development of analyses and data evaluation for ad hoc and recurring reports
  • Track incoming and outgoing correspondence, alerting responsible parties of tasking, and ensuring coordination of responses by relevant elements within established deadlines; review and edit work products, as necessary
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents
  • Perform associated records management duties to include identification of documents as records and determination of proper schedules for record disposition in accordance with policy
Qualifications:
  • B.S. with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of federal contracting and budgeting functions
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments from multiple people in busy work environment
  • Work independently and perform duties with a customer service attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
